Born in Lisbon (1957), holds a M.Arch from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (1987) and a Diploma in Cinema from the Conservatório Nacional School of Cinema, in Lisbon (1981). He had his own practice from 1989 to 2013, developing projects in urban planning and architecture. Between 1993 and 1994, he was professor at the Polytechnic of Setubal School of Education, and in charge of the design exhibitions programme. From 1998 to 2000, he served as external planning consultant to the Municipality of Lisbon and from 1997 to 1999 to the Portuguese Institute of Sports. From 2004, Pedro joined the practice as master planning consultant, where he now heads the Urban Planning department. More recently, he served as management representative on behalf of the practice for the master plan of the expansion of Maputo, capital of Mozambique. He has been involved in resort design and master planning including liaising with state authorities, institutions and utilities at the various departmental levels.

Born in Viseu (1978), holds a M.L.Arch from Evora University (2003).  Paulo began working in 2002 at Cerejeiro Landscape Architects where he remained for 4 years working in public and private projects from concept through design development and from construction documents through site supervision.  Between 2006 and 2008, he went on to work for Inês Norton and João Gomes da Silva at Global, developing and supervising small and midsize projects.  In 2009, he joined the practice and, from inception, oversaw the development of Landscape Architecture department; a team which is now able to take on large-scale resorts, urban parks or city planning programmes, all of which imply dealing with complex social, environmental and economic constrains.

Born in Setubal (1977), holds a M.Des from ESAD (School of Arts and Design), in Caldas da Rainha (2001), following the completion of the arts programme at Antonio Arroyo Art College (1998-2000).  Between 2002 and 2003, Yoh completed her internship training at CPD (Portuguese Design Centre). In 2003, she did an internship at the cultural agency of the Municipality of Setubal and after became a junior collaborator at the advertising agency LOWE Worldwide (2004- 2005).  From 2004-2006, she collaborated as a freelancer with several artists such as Pedro Cabrita Reis and Hugo Canoilas. In 2005, Yoh joined PROMONTORIO and has since remained the Director of Graphic Design. She has been involved in a multidisciplinary capacity on environmental graphics, branding & identity and graphic design. Yoh makes sure that the graphics department is closely engaged with the Interior Design teams so that all bespoke signage and graphics elements are coherently imbedded in the overall design.

Born in Lisbon (1959), holds a MArch from Lisbon T.U. (1982). Trained as an architect in various offices including Tomas Taveira and Vitor Figueiredo. Between 1990 and 2001 worked for the Municipality of Lisbon both in the Architecture and in the Housing and Social Care departments, on renovation projects for disabled people. Between 2001 and 2005 was Adviser to the Mayor of Lisbon for Social Care, Urban Rehabilitation and Landscaping. Between 2003-2004, served as Director of the Baixa Rehabilitation Department of Lisbon (UBPC) and as Member of the Board of Directors of FRRC, the after-fire Fund for the Reconstruction of Chiado. In 2007 joined PROMONTORIO as Director of Communications and Bid Manager.

Born in Lisbon (1966), holds a MFin in Organization and Management from Lisbon U. (ISCTE), (1990). In 2008, he graduated in Advanced Management Taxation Course from the Lisbon Catolica University. Between 1991 and 2003, was Account Manager at BPA and Director of Millennium BCP, simultaneously serving as Financial Director and adviser of several companies. In 2003, joined PROMONTORIO, where he is currently the CFO and Financial Director of the various companies of the group.

Born in Lisbon (1979), holds a M.Arch II from Harvard University GSD and a M.Arch from Lisbon TU. He was a research scholar at Northeastern U. (2011-2013) and between 2005-2011, coordinated a residential programme with multiple designers such as Atelier Bow Wow and Fernando Romero. In 2007 he was awarded the Rotary Prize for Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and in 2009 nominated for PAYS.MED.URBAN. Between 2013- 2015, coordinated the reconversion of Kuwait City Green Belt for Amiri Diwan, in association with TAEP. Since 2014, Ricardo is a research associate at Dar Al Athar Al Islamiyya for an exhibition and publication on Kuwaiti architecture (1946-86). He curated several international seminars on Architecture and is co-author of Habitar Portugal 2006/2009. His work was exhibited at BIAU, in Lima, Peru (2004), at the RIBA, London (2011) and at the Boston Society of Architects (2012). A regular critic and lecturer in several universities, served as jury for Portugal and Kuwait at the 2nd-edition of Worldwide Architecture and was deputy curator of the Kuwait Pavilion at the Venice Biennale (2012). In 2014, entered into a joint venture with PROMONTORIO.
